We are an award-winning global non-profit, established in 2009 in Bridgetown, Cape Town. We have expanded our model and work to 25 countries across 5 continents, impacting more than 50 Million people so far. Our main aim is to create spaces in which people can be impacted, empowered and transformed through HOPE, technology & innovation, training, and economic opportunities.
RLabs Nigeria is a social innovation hub that facilitates access to training programmes that equip individuals in underserved communities across Nigeria to acquire digital skills. Our goal is not only to equip individuals but to also foster collaboration and innovation within their communities.
Our relentless pursuit of excellence in education and community engagement is driven by the belief that everyone deserves the chance to participate, contribute, and succeed. This has been the case from day one.
To Reconstruct communities through Hope, Innovation, Technology and Education.

Our academy provides extensive educational and training opportunities, ranging from secondary school students to graduates and undergraduates throughout Nigeria’s 36 states. Our current programmes include Yoma, IU Scholarships, and Skills Accelerator.
As RLabs, our heart beats for community. It is the reason we exist. Our outreach programmes provide support to underserved individuals in various communities around Nigeria. These include webinars, university & school visits, and community clean-ups.
This is a gathering for individuals united in a hunger for innovation. Participants come together to exchange ideas, network and provide feedback on projects for professional development. These include Venture i-Labs, Job Hack Series, and Hackathons.
